Directions

Travelling south from Wick :

Continue down the A99 south from Wick, and pass through Thrumster.  3 miles on from Thrumster, you will see signs for Ulbster.

Immediately past the old Mill at Ulbster, you will see a small road on the left, with a post pox and phone box on either side of the entry. There is also a brown sign for the Cairn of Get indicating right. Turn left into the roadway, and continue past the row of cottages to the end, where a car park is situated. There is also a limited number of parking spaces by the cafe for people with limited mobility.

Travelling north from Lybster :

Continue up the A99 north from Lybster, 6 miles on, you will see signs for Ulbster. Shortly after passing the two churches at Bruan, you will see a small road on the right, with a post pox and phone box on either side of the entry. Also a brown sign for the Cairn Of Get indicating left. Turn right into the roadway, and continue to the end, where a car park is situated.  There is also a limited number of parking spaces by the cafe for people with limited mobility.

Unless you require disabled access, please park in the car park, and walk down the driveway towards the Whaligoe Steps.  If you require disabled access, you may drive down the slope, and park in the small parking area by our building.
